    Trying to get any type of help from this airline after they lose your bags is non existent! If you are from the US DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE....they will treat you like crap once they get your money! Terrible terrible terrible, any money you save on the flight will be nothing compared to the frustration you get having to deal with this company.
